Configuration

Automatic Paper Feeding System

The paper feeder is an important part of the laminating machine.The function of the paper feeder is to separate the paper one by one automatically,accurately,steadily and periodically,and continuously send it to the regular positioning position.
The paper feeding method of this machine is continuous paper feeding,which has the advantages of high degree of automation,compact structure,good performance, convenient operation,accurate paper feeding and high precision.The main components of the paper feeder include the paper feeding bridge,the paper feeding head,the stacking table,the lifting system and the transmission system.
(1) Adopt oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system;
(2) High-speed offset printing feeder (12,000 sheets/hour) ensures high-speed and stable operation;
(3) Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation paper feeding;
(4) The paper conveying table of the production line is positioned and transported by vacuum suction to ensure smooth,neat and stable conveying;
(5) The upper and lower limit protection devices of the paper feeding table;

(6) Manual rapid lifting;
(7) Paper feeding table automatic replenishment paper feeding system;
(8) With double-sheet controller:double-sheet or multi-sheet feeding detection stop system,use the induction of the safety voltage detector to detect double or multiple sheets of paper;

(9) Centralized control of servo technology,PLC control and human-computer,interaction system,printing paper stack error ± 2mm;
(10) Front gauge/pull gauge positioning system;
(11) Anti-debris magnet safety device to protect the iron roller.

Laminating Host

(1) The whole machine is driven by high-precision timing belt and some imported chains;
(2) 380mm composite heating roller,matched with electromagnetic variable power heating system;
(3) 320mm imported silicone pressure roller,which has good temperature and pressure resistance and non-stick performance;
(4) 800mm drying large hot roller,coated with industrial non-stick material Teflon;
(5) The drying system adopts a hot air circulation energy-saving system,combined with an active follow-up drying and heating device;
(6) Computer monitoring system,safe and easy to operate.

Separation System

(1) Back perforating system;

Automatic Paper Stacker

(3) The upper and lower limit protection devices of the delivery table;
(4) The automatic lowering device of the delivery table,and the paper stop and alarm system at the delivery limit;
(5) Automatic paper cumulative counting;
(6) Match paper jam detection system to realize intelligent deceleration and paper jam stop system.
(7) High-speed pneumatic photoelectric sheet-patting system is adopted,and the paper-patching is accurate and neat.

1.Preheat and compact the surface ink,which is helpful for lamination effect and speed;
